**Job Description:**
Quissly is seeking a Mid Full-Stack Engineer to join their team in Tbilisi. This full-time, on-site position (with some hybrid flexibility) involves designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of Quissly’s AI search engine modules. You will collaborate with the team to implement new features, improve system performance, and ensure seamless integration of solutions. The role also includes contributing to development best practices and maintaining clean, efficient, and scalable code.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components.

**Qualifications:**
* At least 1 year of experience in full-stack development (front-end and back-end), including internships or personal projects.
* Solid understanding of software development fundamentals (OOP, RESTful APIs, Git, version control workflows, basic system design).
* Hands-on experience with React (component-based architecture, props, state management, Zustand). Next.js is a plus.
* Basic back-end development experience with Python frameworks like Django and/or FastAPI.
* Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
* In-depth knowledge of Software Development principles, agile methodologies, and version control systems.
* Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code adhering to best practices.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
* Some understanding and experience in breaking down projects into smaller tasks and creating executable plans with realistic timelines.
