**About the role**
Own the front end of Quissly’s shopper and merchant experiences. You will build fast, elegant UIs for multimodal search and conversational shopping, collaborate closely with backend and research, and ship production features that measurably improve conversion for retailers.
**What you will do**
* Design and implement high-quality React components for chat, search, results, and analytics surfaces
* Build accessible, responsive UI with strong attention to states, errors, and loading
* Integrate with APIs for streaming chat, realtime events, and A-B experiments
* Optimize performance: bundle size, rendering, lighthouse, and p95 interaction latency
* Create reusable UI primitives and a small design system for internal apps
* Partner with design and solutions teams to run rapid pilots and iterate from data
**What you will bring**
* 3+ years building modern web apps with React and TypeScript
* Strong CSS skills and component architecture experience (Tailwind or CSS-in-JS)
* Experience integrating REST and WebSocket or SSE streaming
* Solid testing habits and comfort with accessibility best practices
* Product sense: you sweat details, ship incrementally, and measure impact
**Nice to have**
* Next.js, Vite, or similar
* Charts and data viz for analytics dashboards
* Basic understanding of search, chat, and/or CRM UX
* Experience with performance profiling and observability on the client
**Location and work mode**
* Hybrid in Tbilisi, Georgia. On-site collaboration several days per week, remote-friendly otherwise.
