**IT Manager**
Radisson RED is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of IT Manager.
**Responsibilities:**
* Overseeing the security, integrity and maintenance of IT systems.
* Interacting with business counterparts driving business readiness and contingency activities.
* Developing and implementing IT strategies.
* Understanding the overall objectives and architectural aspects of all IT systems.
* Participating in the negotiations for installations, service and maintenance agreements of all IT systems.
* Building and maintaining effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
* Reviewing and scrutinizing system performance.
* Ensuring adherence and compliance to all legislation.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in IT with strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
* Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
* Ability to find creative solutions.
* Personal integrity.
* Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms.
* Strong communication skills.
