THE ROLE.
The mission of Back End Developer (C#, .Net) is to play a key role in shaping the development of our cutting-edge software programs. You will work closely with all technical teams, such as backend, fontend, PM and SQA teams. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of our various software products for local and international markets.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON.
You’ll be part of our tech team and take ownership of quality at every step:
· Be involved and participate in the product lifecycle, including architectural decisions, attanding discussions and sharing recommendations regarding the existing condition, while providing solutions / development strategies of product;
· Attend and involve in daily, weekly scrum processes, such as: grooming, planning, daily, bug review and retrospective meetings;
· Plan and perform the tasks of the backend team, within the framework of the information received from the meetings;
· Take care of task execution deadlines and constantly be attentive to quality improvement;
· Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in thew future, conduct code reviews with team members;
· Look after the code quality, database optimization and refactoring;
· Develop functional and sustainable products with clean codes, while taking care of Troubleshooting and debugging;
· Create CI/CD pipelines;
· Stay up to date with current best practices, follow and learn about new tools and products;
· Remain knowledgeable of emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities;
· Mentor and support other team members to improve/develop overall team performance, experience and knowledge.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
· In-depth understanding of C# and .NET;
· Solid background working with ASP NET Core Framework (Web API, Background/Worker Service);
· Proficiency with OOP/SOLID principles and best practices (Design Patterns);
· Nice to have working experience with messaging systems such as Nats, Kafka or RabbitMQ;
· Knowledge of different architectural approaches: Microservices, event driven, DDD, CQRS will benefit your performance;
· Understanding docker and ability to work with server;
· Ability to use and integrate monitoring and logging tools in our products;
· Thorough understanding of both NoSql and SQL databases, familiarity of techniques for optimisation and enhancing the project base;
· Experience working with agile methodologies;
· Strategic thinker, with the capacity to recognise issues and find prompt, efficient solutions.
