The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead and elevate our recruiting function. You’ll be responsible for hiring across all departments — from operations and client success to marketing, HR, and leadership roles. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, and headhunt A-players who raise the bar for everyone around them.
This role requires experience, judgment, and speed. You won’t just fill roles — you’ll build the internal engine that fuels our company’s growth.
What You’ll Do
* Own end-to-end recruiting for all internal hires: sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, and closing.
* Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
* Write compelling job ads that attract the right people fast.
* Partner with department heads to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
* Conduct structured interviews that evaluate skill, speed, ownership, and cultural fit.
* Maintain visibility across multiple pipelines and deliver results fast without sacrificing quality.
* Continuously improve our recruiting processes, tools, and systems.
* Mentor junior recruiters and help shape the recruiting culture across the company.

Requirements
* 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced or global organizations.
* Proven success hiring across multiple functions and levels, including leadership roles.
* Demonstrated headhunting and passive sourcing experience.
* Fluent English (written and verbal) with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and productivity tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Airtable.
