We’re an AI startup seeking a hands-on, business-aware Full Stack Tech Lead with deep backend expertise to lead our engineering team. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of architecture, guide delivery, and influence the product roadmap alongside the founding team.

What You’ll Do
* Lead architecture and development of our core platform across backend and frontend.
* Collaborate directly with Product and Founders to align technology with business goals.
* Solve high-impact challenges around performance, scalability, and system complexity.
* Own backend system design, observability, and overall platform stability.
* Monitor and manage infrastructure, queues, and incidents (with DevOps support).
* Lead hiring efforts, mentor engineers, and foster cross-functional technical growth.

What You Bring
* Proven leadership in full-stack environments with strong backend focus and architectural ownership.
* Backend: Expert-level experience with PHP 8 and modern frameworks such as Symfony, Laminas, or equivalent.
* Databases: Deep expertise in MySQL/MariaDB and ClickHouse, including schema design, performance tuning, data modeling, and operating large-scale analytics in production.
* Message Queues: Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar systems—capable of designing and maintaining message-driven architectures.
* Containers: Strong working knowledge of Docker and containerized development environments.

Nice to Have
* Experience with Kubernetes or DevOps pipelines.
* Exposure to AI/ML systems.
* Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and their integration with backend services.
