**Role Description:**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Node.js Backend Developer located in Tbilisi. The Junior Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust backend services using Node.js. Responsibilities include developing server-side logic, resolving performance and scalability challenges, integrating front-end elements developed by other team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application functionality.
**Qualifications:**
* Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and understanding of Software Development principles
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript and experience working with Node.js
* Familiarity with Front-End Development and frameworks such as Redux.js
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* Experience with version control systems like Git and knowledge of RESTful API development is a plus
