**About The Role**
We are looking for a motivated and performance-oriented Junior to Mid-Level User Acquisition Specialist to join one of Ruby Labs’ fastest-growing tech products. This is an opportunity for marketing managers with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta who are eager to grow and learn within a high-performing growth team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct creative research for Meta campaigns across multiple regions.
* Testing new ideas and hypotheses for maximizing results.
* Analyze campaign performance hourly/daily/weekly/monthly + flagging key trends or anomalies.
* Track and manage the Meta source.
* Campaign optimization based on CPA & ROAS results.
* Collaborate with team members on campaign execution and planning.
**Qualifications**
* 1+ years of experience managing Meta Ads.
* Experience managing monthly budgets of $100k+.
* Familiarity with conversion campaigns.
* Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
* Solid understanding of marketing terminology.
* Professional working proficiency in English.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Nice to have**
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Experience managing high advertising budgets.
* Experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, Rich Ads, Reddit, Quora, and X (formerly Twitter).
**Location**
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
