**Role Description**
* Advise, design and implement modern Data Platforms / Data Warehouses
* Translate business requirements into analytics-ready data models and reporting structures
* Build intuitive dashboards and reports in Power BI that drive decision-making
* Ensure seamless data integration and end-to-end data flows across systems
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and an international team to deliver measurable impact

**Qualifications**
* 3+ years of professional experience in Data & Analytics
* Proven ability to design and implement analytics-ready data models (Data Vault, Kimball)
* Strong knowledge of Power BI and data visualization best practices
* Hands-on experience with one or more: Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric
* Solid track record in end-to-end Data & Analytics projects
* Excellent communication and writing skills in English with both technical and business stakeholders
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field

**Nice to Have**
* Experience with other BI tools (Qlik, MicroStrategy, Looker)
* Experience with dbt, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server, SSIS, or Power Automate
* German language skills
* Previous consulting or client-facing experience
