**Description:**

scandiweb is seeking individuals to build AI-driven outreach machines across LinkedIn, email, voice bots, and messengers. This role involves working closely with founders and product teams to create go-to-market systems for new products. Candidates should be fluent in modern GTM stack tools such as Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, OctaveHQ, and Phantombuster. The company emphasizes a hands-on approach, a hunger for results measured by leads and meetings, and curiosity for testing new channels and technologies. scandiweb is an inclusive company with a diverse multinational team.

**Responsibilities:**

* Generate outbound pipeline through AI-personalized campaigns.
* Launch multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, email, voice, and messengers.
* Rapidly validate messaging and ICPs with automation.
* Build internal systems and GPT agents to scale outreach.
* Run A/B tests on messages, sequences, and channels.
* Leverage data to adapt campaigns and report learnings weekly.
* Collaborate with the C-level team to align GTM with product value.

**Qualifications:**

* Experience in B2B sales, growth, or GTM (startup experience is a plus).
* Mastery of AI automation tools: ChatGPT, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, OctaveHQ, Phantombuster.
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Hunger for results โ€“ measured by leads and meetings.
