**PPC Specialist/Media Buyer**

**Salary:** 1100-1400 EUR NET
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
* Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
* Analyze performance data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
* Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring optimal spending and ROI for each campaign.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC efforts with overall marketing strategies.
* Keep up to date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices.
* Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored PPC strategies to meet those goals.
* Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance and strategic recommendations for growth.
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
* Experience with keyword research, campaign creation, and optimization strategies.
* Strong understanding of PPC performance metrics and KPIs.
* Ability to work with data analytics tools and create reports that provide actionable insights.
* Experience working across different industries, adapting strategies to suit varied business needs.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Google Ads certification (or other relevant certifications) is a plus.
* Experience with bid management tools (e.g., SEMrush, WordStream, or similar).
* Familiarity with conversion tracking and landing page optimization.
* Confident written and spoken English.
