**Scorewarrior** is looking for a **Senior Technical Recruiter** to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus.
**Responsibilities:**
* Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
* Drive hiring for 3–4 high-bar technical roles, ensuring a steady flow of top-tier candidates and meeting agreed-upon deadlines.
* Work directly with hiring managers to align on role requirements.
* Apply creative sourcing strategies across relevant platforms and communities.
* Leverage recruitment data to improve conversion rates, optimize processes, and adjust sourcing strategy.
* Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the internal ATS.
* Share regular, structured insights with hiring teams about market trends, candidate behavior, and interview effectiveness.
**Qualifications:**
* Located in Limassol, Cyprus, or ready to relocate.
* 4+ years of recruiting experience in product companies, covering a wide range of technical roles across Eastern Europe.
* Fluent or Advanced English proficiency.
* Exceptional sourcing skills and a proven ability to close top-tier talent.
* Demonstrated data-driven approach to recruiting.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in Game Development and a passion for gaming.
* Experience recruiting for relocation to Cyprus.
* Experience hiring internationally.
