**Job Description:**

Sentry Management Solutions is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Remote Office Assistant to support their Bronx office. This role involves general administrative tasks, communication management, and supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
* Monitor and respond to emails promptly.
* Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization.
* Assist with maintaining office supplies and managing deliveries.
* Support staff with various small tasks as needed.
* Be available to work within the New York Time zone.

**Qualifications:**

* Previous call center or office support experience preferred.
* Strong English, Georgian, and Russian communication skills (written and verbal).
* Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented demeanor.
* Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
* Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to help.
