**About The Open Role**
We are looking for a motivated **Night Shift DevOps Engineer** to support and maintain our cloud infrastructure during overnight operations. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in AWS services, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines, with some hands-on experience in containerization, security, and monitoring. This role specifically requires working night shifts to ensure 24/7 system reliability.
**What You’ll Do**
* Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production workloads during night operations;
* Support and optimize AWS infrastructure, including ECS/EKS, S3, CloudFront, Amplify, Load Balancers, WAF, Secrets Manager, and more;
* Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform;
* Manage and improve CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions;
* Configure monitoring and alerting with CloudWatch for proactive incident response;
* Assist with deployment automation, scaling, and system reliability;
* Collaborate with development and NOC/monitoring teams to resolve issues and improve processes;
* Escalate and document incidents, ensuring smooth handoff to day teams;
**Requirements**
* Proficiency in Terraform for IaC;
* Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation;
* Basic Linux, networking, and troubleshooting skills;
* Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently at night;
* Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with Dev and NOC/monitoring teams;
* Availability to work night shifts;
**Work Schedule**
* Night Shift: Monday–Friday 21:00 to 09:00
* Weekends: Two 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday (09:00–21:00 21:00–09:00) – rotated among team
