**Job Title:** Projects Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee day-to-day activities at Batumi project sites.
* Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members.
* Facilitate communication between Batumi and Tbilisi offices, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
* Visit showrooms and supplier locations to evaluate and select material samples.
* Read and interpret architectural drawings and project documentation.
* Assist in monitoring project timelines and maintaining schedules.
* Support procurement, logistics, and reporting tasks.
* Assist in monitoring compliance with safety, quality, and design standards on-site.
* Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Project Management, or related fields.
* Background in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of work experience in construction project coordination or project support roles.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Fluency in Georgian and English; Turkish language is a plus.
* Good knowledge of MC Office.
* Knowledge of AutoCad, Revit, and MS Projects is desirable.
