The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer (4+ years) to join our foundational team onsite in Tbilisi. You’ll design the core product experience of Skrib, turning complex AI-powered capabilities into simple, fast, and delightful workflows for writers and creators.
This role is not “make it pretty.” You will own end-to-end product design across key journeys such as onboarding, editor experience, organization, sharing and collaboration, templates, and settings and billing as we scale. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to ship high-quality SaaS UX at startup speed.
What You’ll Do
Own core user journeys end-to-end: discovery, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, handoff, and implementation QA.
Create UX that makes AI features feel intuitive, including suggestions, agent-like workflows, context handling, revisions, and history.
Plan and run user research: interviews, usability tests, concept testing, and rapid validation loops.
Define information architecture and interaction patterns for a scalable SaaS product.
Build and maintain a design system in Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout, and guidelines to keep UI consistent and fast to ship.
Collaborate daily with engineers on handoff specs, edge cases, responsiveness, accessibility, and execution quality.
Partner with Product to turn ambiguous requirements into clear solutions, prioritizing impact and usability.
Use qualitative and quantitative feedback to iterate after release, including activation signals, task success, and retention.
What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)
4+ years of UI/UX or product design experience, ideally on web-based SaaS products.
Strong Figma proficiency, including components, Auto Layout, and prototyping, with comfort working with design systems.
A portfolio demonstrating shipped product work with case studies, not only visuals.
Strong interaction design skills for complex flows, edge cases, and UI states such as loading, error, and empty.
Clear communication and the ability to drive alignment with PMs and engineers.
High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
Onsite availability in Tbilisi at Axis Towers Business Centre, working hours aligned to GMT+4.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
Experience designing AI-powered product experiences, especially editor-like or content creation workflows.
Strong collaboration with developers on implementation details, including handoff and design QA.
Accessibility-minded design, plus strong typography and layout fundamentals for content-heavy products.
Experience using analytics to inform iteration, such as funnels, onboarding performance, and feature adoption.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years UI/UX or Product Design experience, SaaS and web product experience preferred.
Figma: Advanced proficiency including Auto Layout, components, and prototyping; design systems experience preferred.
Portfolio: Evidence of shipped work with clear case studies.
Interaction design: Ability to design complex workflows with states and edge cases.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating tightly with Product and Engineering.
Onsite: Must be able to work onsite in Tbilisi at Axis Towers Business Centre during GMT+4 working hours.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience designing AI and LLM product UX, including assistant or agent workflows, contextual suggestions, and revision experiences.
Experience building and maintaining a design system and partnering with frontend engineers on reusable components.
Accessibility and responsive web design experience.
Ability to start immediately.
