**Scrum Master**
**SkyTech Enterprises** operates in HiTech, IT/Software, and Blockchain industries. Established in 2014, the company provides innovative tech solutions to International markets (B2B). We are based in Tbilisi, with a team of 100+ people working for the company.
We are seeking a highly motivated **Scrum Master** to join our growing team and support several agile squads simultaneously. As a Scrum Master, you will work across 2-3 product and development teams, fostering an agile mindset, removing impediments, and enabling continuous improvement. You will be a servant-leader, helping our teams deliver high-quality gaming products quickly and efficiently.
Employment Type: Full-Time in office
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 19:00 PM
Location: Apakidze Street – Tbilisi, Georgia

Key Responsibilities:
* Guide, coach, and mentor agile teams in Scrum best practices and principles.
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams.
* Act as a shield for your teams, removing blockers and ensuring smooth delivery flow.
* Foster a culture of transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, QA, Designers, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor team performance metrics and help teams improve velocity and delivery quality.
* Drive initiatives for better cross-team communication and dependency management.
* Support the teams in becoming self-organizing and high-performing.
* Actively contribute to the development of Agile practices in the company, including helping to tailor processes to our fast-paced, startup-oriented culture.
* Manage risk, escalate critical issues timely, and facilitate conflict resolution.
* Promote a learning culture through workshops, trainings, and by encouraging innovation.
Skills & Competencies:
* 3+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master (experience with multiple teams preferred).
* Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and scaling techniques.
* Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple teams.
* Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
* Understanding of software development lifecycle and technical concepts (even if non-technical).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
* Preferred: Background in online gambling, gaming, or highly regulated industries.
* Certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a strong plus.
