Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Work format: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and enhance full-stack solutions using React and Node.js
* Create scalable, maintainable, and efficient front-end and back-end components
* Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver intuitive user experiences
* Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and peer code reviews
* Ensure application performance, stability, and code quality through continuous improvement
What we expect:
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
* Strong proficiency in React
* Solid experience building backend services with Node.js
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
* Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities
* Commitment to clean code, best practices, and continuous growth
* Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Additional Advantages:
* Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS
