**About Us:**
SmartSoft is a software provider for the online commerce industry based in Georgia and successfully operates internationally. The core line of the business is game and supportive software development for iGaming operators. The team of more than 140 employees carries out a complete game development cycle and distributes products worldwide.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work in close communication with the integrations team from the very start of the integration process.
* Collaborate with developers during the integration phase to review and resolve open issues.
* Take ownership of the testing phase, documenting defects and ensuring their resolution is tracked through completion.
* Prepare detailed test cases, checklists, and documentation, and delegate defect resolution to the appropriate teams.
* Configure and maintain integration data in the database and provide operators with required information.
* Conduct end-to-end testing of integrations after operators complete their part, identifying and reporting any defects.
* Verify that all discovered defects are fixed and retested successfully.
* Ensure that all integration testing activities follow best practices and established guidelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration testing processes and contribute to test automation initiatives.
* Stay up to date with best practices to maintain a high standard of integration testing quality.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in API testing, ideally within the gaming industry or payment/transactional systems.
* Strong understanding of web service paradigms, including RESTful APIs and SOAP.
* Strong understanding of integration testing processes and defect management.
* Ability to use tools like Postman, Browser DevTools, and Game Provider Logs to investigate, reproduce, and clarify issues during testing and bug reporting.
* Ability to design and execute test cases, create checklists, and prepare supporting documentation.
* Familiarity with databases (SQL) for validation and configuration tasks.
* Basic knowledge of C# considered as a plus.
* Experience testing payment systems or wallets is an advantage.
* Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional and agile teams.
* Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
