**Job Title:** Fontend Team Lead (React.js) – Full remote

**Job Description:**
Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a Frontend Team Lead with expertise in React.js to join their team. This is a fully remote position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Leading a team of 4 frontend developers.
* Participating in the design of application architecture.
* Developing new functionality.
* Implementing components and services.
* Conducting code and documentation reviews.
* Communicating with adjacent departments.
* Performing quality control on implementations.
**Qualifications:**
* At least 2 years of leadership experience.
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript & TypeScript.
* Experience and understanding of SOLID principles.
* Proficiency in developing web applications using React, with a strong understanding of its core principles and lifecycle.
* Proficiency in modern frontend development tools and practices (ES6+, webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
* Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
* Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize frontend performance.
* Understanding of type definitions, interfaces, and generics in TypeScript.
* Experience with MobX, Vite, Tailwind, NextJS is advantageous but not required.
* Ability to apply reactive programming principles to complex UIs is beneficial.
* Knowledge of server-side architecture is considered an advantage.
* Fluent Russian.
* B2 level English.
* Ability to work in the GMT+4 / GMT+5 timezone.
