## SOCRadar® Extended Threat Intelligence – Talent Acquisition Partner
**Location:** Tbilisi, Georgia
**Job Description:**
SOCRadar is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global hiring team. You will be instrumental in supporting our sales and pre-sales roles within the cybersecurity sector, driving recruitment across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and department leaders to ensure a high-quality hiring process and the selection of candidates who align with our company values and goals. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth into broader HR responsibilities.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Talent Acquisition Strategy:** Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and strategize sourcing approaches. Build and manage pipelines for critical roles, focusing on high-caliber candidates for sales and pre-sales positions.
* **Global Recruitment:** Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for positions in the US, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Source, engage, and interview top talent from diverse global talent pools. Maintain a consistent and efficient recruitment process across all regions, adapting strategies for local markets.
* **Candidate Experience:** Ensure a positive, transparent, and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with hiring managers, HR, and department leaders to streamline and optimize the recruitment process. Contribute to employer branding efforts.
* **Data and Process Improvement:** Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and report on recruiting activities. Recommend process improvements based on data insights.
* **Growth Opportunities:** Expand into broader HR responsibilities as SOCRadar grows, gaining exposure to various HR functions.
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* **Experience:** 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global context or focused on sales and pre-sales roles.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* **Communication:** Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across regions.
* **Time Management:** Proven ability to manage multiple roles across various time zones, with a focus on delivering results.
* **Adaptability:** Flexible approach to managing recruitment in fast-changing environments.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Familiarity with cybersecurity or technology industries.
* Experience with recruitment in the APAC, EMEA, and US regions, including an understanding of cultural nuances and global hiring best practices.
