**Job Description:**
SOFTSWISS is seeking an experienced and accomplished Game Release Manager to join their team. This role is crucial for managing and coordinating the release process of new games, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information across their systems.
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and update game data, ensuring its relevance and completeness within their systems.
* Integrate new games from partners, controlling existing game information for accuracy.
* Communicate with partners regarding new releases, graphic assets, game changes, and other technical inquiries.
* Manage and upload graphic materials to their graphic repository (CDN).
* Create announcements and newsletters for clients and colleagues about new releases and game updates.
* Maintain smooth information flow to clients and colleagues.
**Required Experience:**
* English language proficiency: B1+
* Russian language proficiency: B1+
* High attention to detail, patience, and accuracy.
* Basic experience with Microsoft Excel.
**Nice to have:**
* Experience in customer support.
