Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end setup of clients with our aggregator and game providers, ensuring their requests – such as RTP adjustments, limits, and currencies – are handled accurately, while maintaining clear and organized documentation to support smooth client operations.
Key responsibilities:
* Connecting clients to the aggregator.
* Connecting clients to game providers: full support of the client’s request.
* Work with documents
* Working with Jira, Confluence, mail, Gitlab
Required Experience:
* Information analysis skills
* Independence and responsibility
* English at least B1 level
* Excellent communication skills in Russian
