We are looking for: Software Test Lead (m/f/d)
Are you passionate about quality and ready to take ownership of the testing process? We’re looking for a Software Test Lead to join our team and ensure that our software products meet the highest standards before reaching our users.
Your responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle
Implement, execute, and document integration, regression, and user acceptance tests
Ensure applications function flawlessly across different platforms, especially within the Microsoft Teams ecosystem
Analyze, review, and evaluate user requirements and translate them into detailed test cases
Create, maintain, and improve test plans and test specifications
Identify, report, and track bugs using appropriate testing and issue tracking tools
Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders in agile teams
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers or QA team members
Continuously improve testing strategies, tools, and processes
Your profile:
At least 2 years of experience as a team lead or in a similar leadership role within QA
Several years of experience in software testing and/or software development
Solid understanding of common test methodologies
Familiarity with testing tools and issue tracking systems like Azure DevOps, ClickUp
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Self-organized, structured, and detail-oriented working style
Experience in leading QA efforts or teams
Nice to have:
Familiarity with browser debugging tools
