We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of technical roles and global markets. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our talent pipeline, partnering with clients and internal stakeholders, and delivering high-impact hires through data-driven strategies and world-class candidate experience. In this role, you’ll become a strategic advisor, using market insights and process intelligence to influence hiring outcomes and guide stakeholders.
What you’ll do
End-to-End Recruitment Execution
Own the full-cycle recruitment process: from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closure.
Conduct intake calls with internal and external stakeholders to define hiring needs, success profiles, and role expectations.
Manage technical roles across disciplines such as software engineering, DevOps, QA, data, and product.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Track and analyze key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, candidate pipeline health) to inform and improve recruiting strategy.
Use data to diagnose bottlenecks, improve funnel performance, and influence client decision-making.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, sales leads, and external clients, aligning hiring goals with delivery timelines.
Provide regular updates, market insights, and realistic expectations based on role complexity and location.
Influence and advise clients on hiring processes, best practices, and market conditions.
Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean/X-ray techniques, and niche platforms.
Build and nurture a high-quality, engaged pipeline of technical talent across geographies.
Leverage competitive intelligence to drive targeted outreach and improve sourcing efficiency.
Process Improvement & Recruitment Excellence
Contribute to the evolution of the recruitment process by identifying gaps, suggesting improvements, and driving adoption of best practices.
Collaborate with operations to maintain ATS data hygiene, support compliance, and enable accurate reporting.
Ensure a seamless and high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
What You Bring
4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in tech, preferably in staff augmentation, consulting, Digital services environments.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, AmazingHiring).
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed hiring decisions.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume, and international environments.
Ability to manage multiple roles across time zones and regions.
Excellent communication skills in English and Georgian.
