**About the Role:**
Solvero Group is seeking a **Project Manager** to join their team in **Tbilisi, Georgia**. This full-time position falls under the Seniority Level of Mid-Senior level, with a Job Function in Project Management and Information Technology. The industry focus is Gambling Facilities and Casinos.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
* Ability to create and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and status reports.
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (product, development, QA, design, CRM, payments, compliance).
* Strong skills in task management and priority setting for teams and external partners.
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
* Ability to translate business requirements into structured tasks and oversee their execution.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove blockers for the team.
* Experience working with external vendors or platform providers (e.g., casino platforms, PSPs, game providers).
**Domain-Specific Knowledge (iGaming):**
* Understanding of online casino products and key workflows (registration → KYC → deposit → gameplay → withdrawal).
* Familiarity with game provider integrations, payments, bonus systems, and CRM flows.
* Experience managing launches across multiple GEOs (India, Bangladesh, LATAM, Africa, EU).
* Understanding of regulatory requirements (responsible gaming, KYC/AML, limits).
* Experience with technical integrations (PSPs, fraud tools, analytics systems) is a strong plus.
**Nice-to-Haves:**
* At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, with experience in iGaming being a must; fintech, or high-load digital products experience is a strong plus.
* Experience managing platform migrations or large-scale integrations.
* Experience working with BI/analytics systems (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, Metabase).
* Familiarity with QA processes and test cycle planning.
* Ability to read simple SQL queries or understand API documentation.
* Experience preparing documentation: project scopes, technical requirements, release notes.

* High level of ownership and responsibility.
* Strong organizational and planning abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
