**Solvero Group is hiring a Senior Product Manager to play a key role in building a new iGaming brand and managing the project from concept to execution.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Market Analysis (Canada Focus):**
* Perform competitive and market analysis, focusing on positioning, UX patterns, promo mechanics, payment methods, onboarding/KYC flows, and retention tactics.
* Understand regional nuances and trust factors for Canadian players in a compliance-driven market.
* **Data & Analytics:**
* Strong SQL skills for joins, funnels, cohorts, segmentation, and retention analysis.
* Experience with analytics/BI tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Metabase, Tableau (or equivalents).
* Define and own product KPIs, making data-driven decisions on conversion, retention, revenue, and risk.
* Experience running A/B tests, including hypothesis design, metrics definition, evaluation, and rollout decisions.
* **Platform & Product Understanding:**
* Practical understanding of core platform areas: Onboarding & KYC, Payments, Bonuses & Promotions, Game Lobby UX, and CRM & Retention.
* **Product Execution & Collaboration:**
* Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and manage a structured backlog.
* Utilize prioritization frameworks like RICE/ICE/WSJF for stakeholder alignment.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, BI/Data, CRM/Marketing, Risk/Fraud, Compliance, and Support teams.
* Work comfortably with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and parallel discovery/delivery workstreams.
* **Compliance Awareness:**
* Understand compliance-driven product constraints, including Responsible Gambling features, KYC/AML requirements, and promotion transparency.
* Translate compliance requirements into product specs and UX.
**Must-Have Experience:**
* 5+ years in Product Management/Product Ownership for B2C digital products, ideally in iGaming.
* Hands-on experience with casino operational flows (promotions, payments, KYC, fraud/risk, customer support, CRM, retention).
* Proven ability to manage the full product cycle: discovery, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
* Track record of improving conversion funnels (e.g., Registration → KYC → First Deposit → Gameplay → Repeat Deposit).
**Soft Skills:**
* Strong ownership mindset, high accountability, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to justify priorities with data.
* Structured thinking to turn ambiguity into clear, measurable outcomes.
**Nice-to-Have:**
* Experience with payment orchestration and anti-fraud tooling.
* Familiarity with game concepts (RTP, volatility, session behavior).
* Experience with personalization, segmentation, and recommendation engines.
* Experience managing provider integrations (game, payment, CRM, BI).
