**Job Description:**
Space International is looking for Application Support Specialists to join their team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of assigned company products and systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide operational support for company-developed products and modules.
* Analyze and diagnose system issues using logs, monitoring tools, and database validation.
* Identify functional or technical defects and prepare clear descriptions for development teams.
* Register and track issues in Jira Service Management with complete and accurate documentation.
* Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLA timelines.
* Review and process incoming Jira tickets.
* Coordinate with Product Teams, Development, and other support functions during issue investigation and resolution.
* Escalate high-impact issues appropriately according to established procedures.
* Support proper incident-to-problem transition where recurring patterns are detected.
* Monitor SLA compliance and performance.
* Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing, and adhere to processes.
* Ensure confidentiality and secure data handling.
