**Manual QA Engineer**

Our trusted high-growth healthcare technology partner is seeking a talented **Manual QA Engineer** to join their dynamic team. This innovative company is dedicated to revolutionizing the healthcare industry through cutting-edge technology solutions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Engineer with **4+ years of manual testing experience** to join our team and help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. Youโ€™ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-performing and user-friendly solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute detailed **test plans, test cases, and test scenarios** based on functional and technical requirements.
* Perform **manual functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and acceptance testing**.
* Report, track, and manage defects using a defect tracking system (e.g., **Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla**).
* Document testing results and maintain clear and comprehensive test documentation.
* Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure system stability after changes.
* Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.
* Ensure software meets **usability, accessibility, and compliance standards**.
* Actively contribute to process improvements and QA best practices.

**Requirements:**

* **4+ years of experience** in software quality assurance with a strong focus on **manual testing**.
* Proficiency in test case management tools (e.g., **TestRail, Zephyr, qTest**).
* Familiarity with defect tracking tools (**Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, Mantis**).
* Solid understanding of the **software development life cycle (SDLC)** and QA methodologies.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
* Experience testing **web and mobile applications**.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
* Knowledge of SQL for basic database validation is a plus.
