SPRIBE is seeking an IT Monitoring Engineer to join their team and contribute to the future of iGaming. The role involves providing 24/7 monitoring coverage of the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and applications. Responsibilities include analyzing alerts, performing initial troubleshooting, communicating issues to relevant personnel, and collaborating with IT teams to develop incident response procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for staying updated with the latest IT monitoring technologies. Experience with monitoring platforms like Zabbix and Grafana, as well as Linux-based systems, would be an advantage.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor IT infrastructure (Servers, Network, Databases, Applications).
* Analyze alerts, perform initial troubleshooting, and identify potential issues.
* Alert relevant personnel and provide detailed information regarding alarms.
* Collaborate with IT teams on alert escalation and incident response procedures.
* Detect and report false positives, optimize alerting accuracy.
* Assist in capacity planning and resource optimization.
* Contribute to automation initiatives.
* Track and document incidents.
* Continuously learn and stay updated on IT monitoring best practices.
**Requirements:**
* Ability to work in shifts for 24/7 monitoring.
* Analyze information from various sources to detect trends and issues.
* Great communication skills for teamwork and liaising with different IT teams.
* Ability to communicate issues clearly to both technical and non-technical parties.
* Strong troubleshooting abilities and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
* Passion for staying updated with the latest technologies in IT monitoring.
* Ability to create and maintain documentation (in English).
**Would be a Plus:**
* Experience with monitoring platforms (Zabbix, Grafana).
* Experience with Linux-based systems.
* Understanding of IT environments and systems.
