This is an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced **Director of Engineering** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from initial design and architecture to implementation, testing, and deployment.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented engineers.

**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Proven experience building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
* Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectures.
* Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
