**Senior DevOps Engineer (Python + AWS | MLOps Focus)**

**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a strong DevOps engineer with deep Python expertise to help productionize Data Science POCs and accelerate a cloud modernization program. The role involves converting experimental DS notebooks into scalable backend services and building robust AWS infrastructure around them.
This is a DEV + DevOps hybrid role, not a pure infrastructure position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Convert Python-based POCs and Jupyter notebooks into production-grade services
* Develop modular backend APIs (FastAPI/Flask preferred)
* Containerize applications using Docker
* Design and implement scalable AWS architecture (ECS/EKS/Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC)
* Set up Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
* Build and manage CI/CD pipelines
* Implement logging, monitoring, and observability
* Collaborate closely with Data Science and architecture teams
**Required Skills:**
* Strong hands-on experience with AWS
* Solid Python development experience (production-grade coding)
* Experience building REST APIs
* Docker and containerization expertise
* Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
* CI/CD pipeline setup and automation
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience with Azure → AWS migration
* MLOps exposure (model versioning, MLflow, monitoring)
* Experience working with Data Science teams
**Ideal Candidate:**
* Comfortable writing backend Python code, not just infra scripts
* Can independently design scalable architecture
* Thinks in terms of production readiness and reliability
* Able to accelerate POC-to-production lifecycle
