We are seeking a **Senior Technical Recruiter** with a strong grasp of technology and the ability to identify, engage, and hire top-tier engineering and IT talent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of recruiting excellence and technical expertise, bringing both credibility with candidates and strategic value to hiring managers.
**What You’ll Do**
* Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, Cloud, ML Engineers, etc.)
* Partner closely with leadership to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective talent acquisition strategies.
* Source and engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
* Conduct deep technical screenings to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and career goals.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical positions.
* Ensure a seamless candidate experience while maintaining speed and quality in the hiring process.
* Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring insights to influence talent strategy.
**What We’re Looking For**
* 4+ years of technical recruitment experience (in-house or agency), with a focus on software engineering and advanced tech roles.
* Strong understanding of technologies: programming languages, frameworks, databases, cloud, DevOps, ML/AI, cybersecurity, etc.
* Proven success in hiring for senior and hard-to-fill technical positions.
* Skilled in modern sourcing strategies and tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to influence and advise hiring managers.
* Data-driven mindset – experienced with ATS, recruitment metrics, and reporting.
* Passion for building teams that shape the future of technology.
