Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (Hybrid)

About the Role:
StatusNeo is seeking a high-performing Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Tbilisi. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across cutting-edge technologies—from traditional engineering stacks to AI/GenAI, Flutter, mobile, and full-stack development. You will also be responsible for hiring across several immediate priority roles.

Key Responsibilities:
– Own and drive the end-to-end hiring process for technical and functional roles.
– Build talent pipelines for niche and high-demand skills in emerging technologies.
– Partner with Engineering Leaders and Hiring Managers to create a frictionless, high-quality candidate experience.
– Execute and optimize sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.
– Assess candidate fit through structured screening and robust technical evaluation coordination.
– Leverage your personal LinkedIn following and professional brand to engage passive talent and promote employer branding.
– Keep up with evolving technology trends and continuously refine your sourcing techniques.

Required Qualifications:
– 2–5 years of experience in technical recruiting across various tech stacks and platforms.
– Proven success in hiring for roles including:
– Backend, Frontend & Fullstack Engineering
– iOS / Android / Flutter Development
– AI, Generative AI, ML Engineering
– Data Engineering & Data Architecture
– Functional roles in product, design, and tech support
– QA Engineers (Manual & Automation)
– Strong understanding of technical job functions, modern tech stacks, and startup-to-enterprise hiring environments.
– Demonstrated expertise in niche or hard-to-fill roles using creative and direct sourcing techniques.
– A strong personal presence on LinkedIn with a healthy follower base and active engagement.
– Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate experience delivery.
