Full-Stack Fintech Developer/System Architect
**Responsibilities & Required Tech:**
* **Backend:** Node.js (Nest.js / Express), Python (FastAPI / Django), or Go
* **Frontend:** React / Vue / Next.js
* **Database:** PostgreSQL / MongoDB
* **Integration:** REST / GraphQL APIs, Webhooks
* **Blockchain APIs:** Binance Smart Chain, Ethereum, Tron, BitGo, Fireblocks
* **Security:** JWT Auth, OAuth2, TLS/SSL, Encryption at Rest & In Transit
* **DevOps:** Docker, Kubernetes, AWS / Azure / GCP
* **Monitoring:** Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry
* **KYC Integration:** Sumsub, Ondato, Veriff, ShuftiPro (API integration experience required)
**Experience:**
* Minimum 3 years of experience working on financial or fintech platforms
* At least one completed project in PSP, EMI, or crypto wallet development
* Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (AML / KYC / PCI)
* Hands-on experience with API integration
* Experience working with fintech startups or banks will be considered an advantage
* Strong systems thinking (modular architecture & scalability awareness)
* Understanding of compliance and the differences between “crypto” and “fiat” logic
* Ability to work independently within a small team
* Excellent communication skills for coordinating between technical and business teams
