We are looking for a Back-End Engineer to support existing functionalities and develop new features in our CRM system. The ideal candidate will promptly address any issues that arise and ensure the fidelity of server operations. You will also adapt best technical practices and processes to meet business needs.
**Technical Stack:**
* Python (Flask)
* Linux (CLI experience)
* MySQL, ORM
* Docker, Nginx
* General understanding of CI/CD and experience with Git
**Key Requirements:**
* 1- 3 years of full-time experience in a Back-End Engineer role
* Willingness to work in a small team or independently on a project
* Proficiency in the Russian language
