**Job Title:** Senior Backend Developer
**Location:** Tbilisi, Georgia
**Responsibilities:**
* Development of data processing algorithms for remote identification and authentication of individuals.
* Improvement and development of internal tools for compliance officers.
* Test-driven development and A/B testing.
* Optimization and automation of CI/CD pipelines to increase reliability and deployment speed.
* Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
* Good command of the English language.
* Familiarity with Java 17, Dropwizard/Restler, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis, Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch (k-NN), and Airflow.
* Understanding of product and a passion for building software that provides a great user experience.
* Experience in developing clean, high-quality code and automated tests.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Team player with strong communication skills and empathy.
