**Company Description**
Pulsar AI Georgia/Supernova is a pioneering AI-based tech company established in 2018, specializing in developing innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) products for various sectors such as financial institutions, mobile operators, and E-commerce companies in Georgia. In 2021, we joined forces with Impel, a global leader in digital automotive merchandising, further strengthening our position in the industry. We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology to create transformative solutions that drive our clients’ success.

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who will drive both technology strategy and hands-on development for scalable, data‑driven web platforms. You will shape architecture decisions, ensure engineering best practices, and collaborate closely with senior engineers while delivering production-grade systems built with modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and AWS cloud stacks.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead end-to-end technical delivery — from architecture design and data modeling to front-end development and production deployment.
* Define technology vision and engineering roadmap, aligning architecture choices with product and business goals.
* Design and implement scalable APIs (REST and GraphQL) powering web and mobile clients.
* Architect serverless and containerized infrastructures using AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, CDK/SST).
* Build and maintain highly-responsive front-end applications with React / Next.js.
* Model, optimize, and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) for transactional and analytical workloads.
* Implement caching, queuing, and real-time layers using Redis, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures.
* Integrate AI and LLM pipelines where appropriate (chat assistants, summarization, analytics).
* Establish and maintain development standards — including code quality, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability strategies.
* Drive platform reliability and security, enforcing IAM, RBAC, encryption, and compliance policies.
* Collaborate with and learn from senior engineers, influencing technical direction and adopting scalable architecture patterns.
* Collaborate with product and data teams to shape scalable solutions and forward-looking technical initiatives.
* Support cost optimization and resource planning across development, infrastructure, and deployment environments.
* Participate in vendor and technology evaluations, and guide adoption of new frameworks, tools, or architectural approaches.
* Ensure system resilience and business continuity, implementing backup, recovery, and failover strategies.

**Requirements**
* 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally with exposure to system design and architecture.
* Strong expertise in TypeScript / JavaScript, including Node.js, React, and Next.js.
* Practical experience with AWS services, serverless patterns, and container orchestration.
* Proven ability building distributed systems, APIs, and scalable data architectures.
* Solid database experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL, schema design, and performance tuning.
* Hands-on familiarity with GraphQL, tRPC, and API versioning best practices.
* Working experience with Redis, DynamoDB, and message queues in high-load systems.
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and DevOps culture.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Excellent organization, prioritization, and ability to balance technical vision with delivery execution.

**Technical Stack**
* Programming Language: Python
* LLM / NLP Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Rasa
* Computer Vision: YOLOv8 (or similar object detection models)
* Search & Databases: Pinecone, Qdrant, BM25, PostgreSQL, Redis
