**Job Title:** IT Support Specialist (Level 1 / Field Support)
**Company:** SYS MAN (international IT services company)
**Location:** Georgia
**Work Format:** Remote (home-based) + on-site visits as needed
**Employment Type:** Part-time / flexible schedule
**Interview:** Online (video call)
**Responsibilities:**
* First-level IT support for users (remote and on-site)
* On-site visits to client locations as needed
* Basic troubleshooting and issue resolution for PCs and laptops (Windows), printers and peripheral devices, local networks and Wi-Fi, connection and basic setup of IT equipment.
* Working with video surveillance systems (IP cameras, NVRs): checking power, network connectivity, and recording.
* Crimping and testing network connectors (RJ-45), audio/video connectors and cables.
* Communication with the remote engineering team.
* Following technical instructions and reporting on completed tasks.
**Requirements:**
* Strong command of Russian (spoken and written)
* Hands-on experience with Level 1 IT support
* Ability to work independently and responsibly
* Willingness to travel to client sites when required
**Nice to have:**
* Knowledge of English
* Experience with video surveillance systems (cameras, NVRs)
* Basic networking knowledge
* Understanding of retail or restaurant IT environments
