**Job Description:**

TAZE Technologies is seeking a **Technical Product Manager / PSP** to join their team.

**Responsibilities:**

* Create and manage the integration and product roadmap, communicating stages, milestones, and timelines internally.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to gather and analyze new requirements.
* Identify product gaps and weaknesses, defining requirements to address them.
* Coordinate and manage integrations with PSPs (Payment Service Providers) and other payment services.
* Test integrated PSPs before production release and track acceptance rates after launch.
* Write detailed functional specifications, user stories, and product documentation.
* Prioritize the product backlog and oversee the launch of new features.
* Work with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and deliver on roadmap goals.
* Maintain strong relationships with payment partners and providers, sharing updates, exploring new offerings, and discussing industry trends.
* Collaborate with customer support to resolve escalated issues and identify product improvements to achieve optimal success rates.
* Optimize the payment process through A/B testing, cascading, and personalization.
* Prepare and present performance reports covering conversion, stability, and coverage metrics.

**Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst.
* Proven track record working on complex systems with high dependencies and limited documentation.
* Experience defining and executing product strategy, roadmap, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
* Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
* Proficiency in business process modeling (BPMN, UML, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders and building trust.
* Ability to influence without formal authority through logical reasoning, data, and evidence.
* Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
* Familiarity with PCI DSS standards (preferred, not required).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to collaborate with development teams to prioritize and manage product backlogs.
* Advanced proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and diagramming platforms (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Figma).
* Proficiency in English.
