**Job Description:**
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager at TBC Bank. You will join a team working on interesting and large-scale projects, and you will have creative freedom to solve complex and at the same time very interesting business and technological challenges.
**Technical Knowledge and Skills:**
* Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
* Knowledge of test case creation techniques
* Knowledge of testing types
* Experience writing CRUD commands in SQL databases
* API service testing and tool usage (Postman, SoapUI, Swagger)
* Experience working on the Jira platform
* Experience working with Test Case Management tools
* Knowledge of defect types
* UI testing experience with DevTools
* Mobile application testing experience
* Desirable to have consumer-level knowledge of banking products (Optional)
**Main Functions and Responsibilities of the Position:**
* Developing a testing plan according to the release
* Familiarization with tasks within the team
* Creating new test cases based on existing tasks and editing existing cases as needed
* Performing regression testing
* API service testing
* Writing/executing SQL commands
* Ensuring test environment setup/configuration
* Post-implementation testing/monitoring of the system in the real environment
* Involvement in Chapter activities
