Job Description:

* **Title:** სისტემის ანალიტიკოსი – AI და მონაცემთა მართვის დეპარტამენტი (System Analyst – AI and Data Management Department)
* **Location:** Georgia
**Responsibilities:**
* Plan the overall system architecture to support high-performance AI and voice applications.
* Plan integration with the call center and mobile banking environment.
* Work with Cloud and internal components with the DevOps team.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to define and refine system requirements.
* Create and adhere to best practices to ensure system reliability, maintainability, and performance.
**Qualifications:**
* Experience in systems architecture, working with large-scale and high-availability platforms.
* Expertise in Cloud infrastructure, networks, and system security (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Knowledge of AI/ML workflows and infrastructure needs for real-time applications.
* Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization, and CI/CD processes.
* Excellent communication skills for documenting and sharing architectural decisions.
