**Job Title:** Development and Experience Lead

**Responsibilities:**
* Developing and executing the EVP strategy.
* Developing and coordinating employee engagement & retention projects.
* Organizing team events and other experience activities.
* Developing and coordinating leadership/employee development activities and projects and implementing the needed activities.
* Activating corporate values through storytelling, rituals, and informal culture practices to build a strong sense of belonging.
**Qualifications:**
* High education (Masterβs degree would be an advantage).
* At least 3 years in Development and/or internal communications; managerial position would be a plus.
* Excellent Georgian and English writing and spoken skills (advanced level).
* Banking experience will be considered an advantage.
