We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is open to engineers at different stages of their careers — from early-career professionals to experienced specialists.
In this position, you will be involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across both Windows and Linux environments. You will contribute to automating infrastructure and deployment processes, helping to ensure reliability, efficiency, and smooth delivery of applications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure across Windows and Linux systems.
* Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management using Ansible and Terraform.
* Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, and GitLab.
* Monitor system performance and reliability using tools such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
* Analyze and troubleshoot complex distributed systems to ensure high availability and performance.
* Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve DevOps practices and workflows.
* Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing across the team.
**Qualifications:**
**Required Skills & Experience:**
* Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration.
* Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and ArgoCD (level of depth depends on seniority).
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub.
* Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics).
* Knowledge of networking and security best practices.
* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
* Working knowledge of scripting/programming (Python, Go, or Bash).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
**Nice to Have:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Certifications such as RHCE/RHCA, CKA, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or Terraform.
* Familiarity with microservices architecture and API-driven development.
