**What you’ll do:**
* Perform data analysis using SQL, Power BI, APIs, and risk management systems
* Develop dashboards and analytical reports to identify fraud and suspicious behavior
* Analyze, document, and translate AFC system requirements into effective solutions
* Design, test, and implement standards within AML/CFT and fraud monitoring systems
* Evaluate existing Anti-Financial Crime/ Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime systems and recommend functional and performance improvements
* Maintain and optimize customer screening, sanctions, risk assessment, and transaction monitoring tools
* Perform business analysis of AML/Fraud processes and their automation at Group level
* Regularly test and ensure proper functioning of ML/FT and fraud prevention systems
* Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on system testing and issue resolution
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, regulatory reports, BI reports, and KPIs
* Maintain user access rights and controls for specialized AFC monitoring systems
**What you’ll need to succeed:**
* Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in in data governance, data quality, and reporting standards, BI, or analytics roles
* Advanced Excel skills and High proficiency with SQL and database management
* Fluency in English language
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
