**Responsibilities:**
* Pre-Sales and Demos:
* Conduct high-quality product demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
* Support commercial managers and technical account managers with technical consultations, solution design, and integration recommendations throughout the sales process.
* Translate client business requirements into technical recommendations.
* Integrations and Go-Live:
* Manage the entire technical onboarding process for clients of the crypto payment platform.
* Review and validate integration architecture, API flows, and implementation approaches.
* Directly interact with client developers to ensure correct, stable, and efficient integration.
* Take full responsibility for the go-live process, from the initial call to successful production launch.
* Oversee compliance with best practices for integration with CRM systems, back-office, wallets, and payment flows.
* Technical Expertise:
* Possess in-depth knowledge of the product’s APIs, documentation, architecture, and workflows.
* Translate complex technical concepts into understandable and practical recommendations for non-technical clients.
* Analyze, diagnose, and resolve integration-related issues.
* Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve technical blockers.
* Client Support:
* Serve as the primary technical contact for clients during onboarding and integration.
* Support Technical Account Managers with technical and operational inquiries.
* Advise clients on best practices in crypto payments, security, and integrations.
* Ensure a professional, structured, and reliable technical experience for every client.
* Vendor and Partner Interaction:
* Engage with external vendors and partners as needed to assist clients with infrastructure and integration matters.
* Ensure effective collaboration between clients and third parties, adhering to deadlines and commitments.
**Mandatory Experience:**
* Proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Technical Consultant in a SaaS or Fintech environment.
* Hands-on experience with crypto payments, payment systems, PSP/API integrations, or wallet infrastructure.
* Strong client-facing experience, including pre-sales and technical support.
* Ability to read, understand, and explain API documentation.
* Experience managing end-to-end technical integrations.
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical approach.
* High level of responsibility and autonomy: ability to drive integrations to completion without micromanagement.
* Readiness to work in a dynamic environment with high expectations.
* Professionalism, reliability, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
**Languages:**
* English and Russian – C1 level.
