At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Chief Technology Officer to join one of our clients’ teams. Responsibilities:
– Oversee global VPN node deployment, load balancing, uptime, and DDoS protection.
– Supervise end-to-end development of Android, iOS, desktop, and browser applications.
– Manage CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and continuous deployment strategies.
– Ensure the security and confidentiality of all user data and system components.
– Oversee frontend and backend development for the website, payments, analytics, advertising, and partner APIs.
– Establish technical documentation, coding standards, and internal engineering regulations.
– Manage the engineering team, hiring, mentorship, and performance.
– Maintain high code quality, testing standards, and version control.
– Drive innovation in VPN technologies, including protocol development, optimization, and geoblock bypass research
Must-Have:
– B2C mobile applications;
– SaaS platforms;
Preferred:
– VPN technologies and protocols – strong understanding preferred.
– Desktop applications – experience developing cross-platform apps is a plus.
Key Skills and Competencies:
– Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).
– Expertise in system architecture and scaling high-load applications.
– Team management of cross-function, mobile and web development team up to 40 members.
– Solid understanding of network protocols, encryption, and data protection.
– Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring systems.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
– Familiarity with agile methodologies and remote-first team management.
– Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
