Job Description:
**Position:** Quality Control Manager – Infrastructure Direction

**Responsibilities:**
* Develop, implement, and monitor the project’s Quality Plan (PQP).
* Ensure compliance of construction and engineering works with the contract, approved drawings, ITPs, and current standards.
* Monitor QA/QC processes of contractors and subcontractors.
* Quality control of construction works (reinforced concrete, metal structures, waterproofing, facades, interior and exterior finishes).
* Quality control of engineering systems (HVAC, electrical, low voltage, water supply/sewerage, fire safety systems).
* Check the compliance of materials delivered to the site and the work performed.
* Identify defects, prepare NCRs, and control the correction process.
* Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with consultants (Hold Points, final inspection, snagging).
* Produce QA/QC reports and complete documentation (ITP, As-built, O&M).
* Participate in testing and commissioning processes.
* Control the project closure and handover process to the client.
**Qualifications:**
* Higher education.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Knowledge of foreign languages.
* Knowledge of MS Office.
