Telagri is pleased to announce an opening for the position of GIS & Remote Sensing Specialist
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Sector: Agriculture/Agri-Fintech
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 – 18:00
Application deadline: November 3, 2025
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize GIS, Remote Sensing, and related software for spatial data processing and analysis
* Acquire, analyze, and process satellite, drone, and other remote sensing data
* Conduct spatial analysis of soil, crops, and agricultural territories.
* Assess crop and vegetation health using indices such as NDVI, SAVI, NDRE, and others.
* Analyze and integrate historical and seasonal climate data.
* Research satellite and software capabilities, compare service options, and test demos.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in GIS, Remote Sensing, and DEM analysis using software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth Engine, or similar platforms.
* Experience in processing drone imagery and satellite data.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
