Telmico LLC is announcing a vacancy for the position of Programmer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for the billing system software.
* Ensure stable operation and provide technical support for the billing system database.
* Develop and implement low- to medium-complexity enhancements to the billing system.
* Participate in billing system development and optimization initiatives.
* Integrate billing system development and deployment services with other internal/external services.
* Evaluate and assess software packages and tools.
* Analyze internal business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Plan and organize programming tasks and development work.
Required Qualifications:
* 2+ years of professional experience as a programmer.
* 2+ years of experience with Java.
* Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
* Hands-on experience with Hibernate (ORM).
* Solid SQL knowledge and practical experience with JDBC.
* Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle).
* Experience using Git for version control (GitHub/GitLab).
* Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
* Higher education in Information Technology or another technical field.
* Knowledge of Jmix and/or Angular.
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Experience working with billing systems.
* Experience in the energy/utility domain.
* Understanding of API architecture and RPC concepts.
* A visible portfolio (e.g., GitHub) with well-maintained projects and/or meaningful open-source contributions.
* Strong version-control discipline: clear commit messages, small focused commits, and clean branching/PR practices.
